Since the Architectural Model Workshop of the Faculty of Architecture was organizationally assigned to the KOEN Institute in 2014, the institute has been involved in various architectural model projects dealing with the perception of architectural models and the transfer of knowledge with architectural models. Models should not only be understood as miniaturizations of buildings or cities, models can also be used as an easy excess to complex topics in applied architecture and architectural research. The impact of architectural models is researched and documented in various projects, commissioned works and independent works.
