The hall on the first floor was once the gym of the former school at Kronesgasse. The parquet floor with the coloured lines still reminds us of its old function. Now the room is used for lectures like the Construction Lectures or Keeping up with KOEN, as a venue for events such as the Beginners Workshops and the Graz Architecture Lectures. Faculty meetings, award ceremonies such as the GAD Award and the Eichholzer Prize, various presentations and many other events also take place here. During the corona pandemic, the hall was also expanded to include a video studio to enable smooth digital teaching.
