The Endless House project is an exercise for all those who missed the Beginners Workshop at the start of the first semester. Students are asked to design their personal Endless House by developing a large-volume model made of wire mesh and plaster. The Endless House is a concept for a house in which there are no clear boundaries between floor, walls, ceiling and the different functions of the rooms, which was developed from 1949 by the architect and artist Friedrich Kiesler. In a final step, the amorphous form of the house must be transferred into analog plans representing a floor plan, a section and an elevation.
