At the end of May 2024, a study excursion to Sarajevo and several additional locations took place, focused on exploring architecture designed by women. The trip was organized by the Gender Taskforce, with the Faculty sponsoring transportation for all participants, making it an affordable opportunity for students to engage with often overlooked contributors to the field. Nearly 50 participants, including students, faculty members, and international partners from the Gender Taskforce network, joined the excursion. In addition to Sarajevo, we visited projects in Zagreb, Zenica, and Kakanj, with guided tours led by architects or architecture historians, who provided insight into the local context and design of these notable works.
